Age : Candidates must be between the ages of 20 and 30 as of July 1, 2026. The applicant must have been born between July 2, 1996, and July 1, 2006, inclusive.

Education Requirements:
Officer of Information Technology (Scale-I): A four-year engineering and technology degree in computer science, computer applications, information technology, electronics, electronics and telecommunications, electronics and communication, or electronics and instrumentation
or
a graduate with a DOEACC “B” level or a postgraduate degree in electronics, telecommunication, electronics and communication, electronics and instrumentation, computer science, information technology, or computer applications.
Field Officer for Agriculture (Scale I) : Among the four-year degrees (graduate) in horticulture or agriculture are those in dairy, veterinary science, animal husbandry science, fisheries, pisciculture, and agricultural. Banking, Marketing, and Collaboration Fisheries engineering, food technology, dairy technology, forestry, agro-forestry, agricultural biotechnology, business management, and sericulture.
Rajbhasha Adhikari (Scale I) : Hindi postgraduate degree with English as a subject at the degree (graduation) level OR Sanskrit postgraduate degree with both Hindi and English as subjects at the degree (graduation) level
Law Officer (Scale I) : a law bachelor’s degree (LLB) and became an advocate on the Bar Council.
HR/ Personnel Officer (Scale I) : Graduate and a two-year full-time postgraduate degree or a two-year full-time postgraduate diploma in labour law, industrial relations, HR, social work, or personnel management.
