Eligibility Criteria
The candidate must be a citizen of India, a permanent resident in Assam, and a member of the OBC community with a current caste certificate. The student must be enrolled full-time in Class IX or X in a government school in order to be eligible for the Pre-Matric program. After passing matriculation, the student must be enrolled in Class XI or any higher recognised course in order to be eligible for the Post-Matric system. The annual income of the parents should not be more than ₹2.5 lakh.
